The original timber windows were "all frame and no glass" so the brief was to install slim framed windows to allow more light into the property.

New white Powder coated Aluminium Heritage windows were installed with surface bonded horizontal glazing bars to retain character. Monkeytail handles and furniture was specified to retain a cottage feel.

Thermally broken, energy efficient double-glazing now retains warmth much better on colder days and the multipoint locking systems add security.
