All of our products and installation are covered by our insurance backed 10 year guarantee.

Many companies will offer a guarantee, but if that company should cease trading, your guarantee would disappear with them.

Our insurance backed guarantee offers you complete peace of mind, should the unlikely event of our company cease trading arrise. Should the unexpected happen, our insurer will step in and honour your guarantee.

Guarantees are provided by Quality Assured National Warranties (QANW) and underwritten by Guarantee Protection Insurance Ltd, which is a UK based, FSA registered insurer. The insurer is a member of both the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, meaning that householders have very strong rights to recourse in the unlikely event that things go wrong.

Our 10 year guarantees are transferable, should you decide to sell your home (transfer free of charge)

We also provide deposit protection insurance, so you can be sure that any deposit payment you make is safe and secure. This protection also covers works in progress.
