Green Aluminium bifolds, folding sliding door project at Frogginwell Vineyard, Exeter, Devon

Aluminium bifold doors were specified for the veranda area at Frogginwell Vineyard in Exeter, Devon.

There was an existing roller shutter internally which took some careful planning to allow the shutter to operate without compromising the bifold doors functionality.

A new timber sub-frame was made up from treated timber posts to fit neatly around the existing 'hit and miss' cladding.

The new Aluminium, double-glazed bifolding doors when fully open, flow seamlessly from the cafe onto the decked area.

Dark green, powder coated, thermally broken Aluminium door frames were manufactured to the exact dimensions of the structural opening and installed in 1 day.

Aluminium bi fold doors were the natural choice for this project to bring the outdoors in. A wonderful place for weddings or afternoon tea!
